AMAZING RESTORATION.  heaps and loads of time and money were spent on this older restoration of a 1967 Rover TC 2000 saloon.  collector quality.  super solid California car with lovely new paint, new chrome, new trim, new REAL leather, new carpet and headliner, new motor top end.  certainly will end up as one of the nicest examples of a TC 2000 anywhere.  manual transmission.  very low miles.  last registered in the late 70’s, off dmv records with no dmv penalties.  has vin, no title.
